IRP APPOINTMENT GUARDIAN ASSISTANTE
(for Underage Students)
(for Underage Students)
We are pleased to introduce a new support service for international students under the age of 18 relocating to Ireland: IRP Appointment Support (Dublin).
In line with Irish immigration requirements, non-EU students must attend an in-person appointment to register for their Irish Residence Permit (IRP). For minors, the registration appointment may require the presence of an adult/guardian to accompany the student and sign any relevant documentation during the appointment.
• A personalised document checklist based on the student’s situation
• Review and preparation of required documents (non-legal): we check completeness, legibility, and consistency, and help organise documents in the correct order
• Step-by-step guidance on the IRP registration process and what to expect on the day
• Appointment booking support where applicable (using information provided by the student/family)
• In-person accompaniment to the IRP appointment (typically at Burgh Quay Immigration Office, Dublin)
• Presentation as the student’s appointed guardian for the appointment (one-off)
• Signing of documents where a guardian signature is requested during the appointment
• Practical on-site support through the appointment process (check-in, process flow, and next steps)
• This is a one-off, appointment-day service only and does not include ongoing guardianship (no 24/7 contact, welfare support, school liaison, accommodation support, etc.).
• Any official government fees, translations, notarisation, printing/courier costs, and legal/immigration advice are not included, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• The student/family remain responsible for providing accurate information and original documents.
From 350€ (Dublin-based appointments).
Additional travel costs may apply for locations outside Dublin.
